С-500 Represents the project essentially new ЗРК the Russian manufacture, developed by Open Society «air defence Concern„ Diamond-antej “». It is planned that the complex will have the superiority over С-400 in respect of range of detection, quantity of channels, computing base and MICROWAVE PART realisation. Also it is planned big in comparison with С-400 compactness and mobility of a product. Working out is planned to delivery in manufacture in 2012.

On not confirmed officially given, the complex can be armed long-distance ЗУР 40Н6 that considerably strengthens its potential, having allowed it to work with the purposes which are on removals to 3,500 km
