it will make them more stealthier (not stealth, but stealthier , so in fact they will be more quiet and so i guess that it will be a bit harder to spot them or so)
and when used with gillie suits, they will be stealth.(i expect it to be like this, i'm not a team member)

There are other certain details though, for example the current standing/crouching movement modificator allows for the change to be automatic (in addition there'll be other certain implications, due to our infantry cover system but that's another story ).
