OFF Topic Section Issue

Hi everyone. We have received word of members not being able to post or reply in the OFF-Topic section. this has been fixed. While we were Fixing up the forums, and moving things around, we accidentally set the OFF-Topic section to only be READ by viewers and guests.

Feel Free to post whenever you feel to.
