i was just wondering if the comanche will have animated weapon bay doors.

Yup.

In addition the Comanche might receive a new upgrade/higher class which will equip/have stub wings so the helicopter will carry more external armament at the cost of stealth capabilities (essentially the Comanche in that configuration will shift it's role from Recon to Attack).
