Is HARM missile weapon included in the mod?

The HARM may be a primary weapon of possible US electronic warfare planes (like the EA-18G, if it's successfully included).

Though it's very probable that the Wild Weasel (SEAD - Suppression of Enemy Air Defense) role itself is included (specially since we'll have such a thorough and expansive air cover).
A possibly older candidate would be the EA-6B Prowler but since it's being replaced by the new EA-18G Growler it's kinda unlikely it's included.

include a F-16 SEAD version, can be upgraded eventually by the F-35.(u have the models, only some coding and you're good to go )
oh and BTW will de F-16 multirole fighter of the USAF in TAOW be replaced by the F-35A ? Noooooooo

Speaking of which, me and Marc precisely discussed this situation (F-16C to F-35A replacement) but instead of making earlier units completely obsolete we decided to add enhanced Classes so players can always keep using a certain unit (like the F-16 for example) during the course of the whole battle (players can keep deploying F-16's with great effectiveness even on a later point in game).
Instead of just completely replacing a whole plane with a newer one why not make both units roll alongside? (Harriers and F-35B's, or F-16's and F-22's), of course that a specialized unit like the F-22 (which is an Air Superiority Fighter) will have the edge in air battle for instance (but will require higher rank and investment), it'll be up to the player which units are to be deployed.

maybe add classes for the F-16, which upgrade the fighter with more advanced targeting pods etc.

That's a very plausible possibility for example
The class system will fortunately take care of many possible issues such as the limited number of possible upgrades in Zero Hour (though this is not an initial problem it usually tends to cause a lot of trouble on more advanced mod stages and the only way to take care of it is to eliminate older upgrades to make room for new ones ).
The Class System, however, will have vehicles with integral upgrades which won't have a number limitation (unlike the usual upgrades), this way we can easily have many more upgrades and unit variants without the usual complications
