Scuds won't be in game. it's too powerful. if we are going to equip a scud with conventional armemant, then we might as well stick to rocket artillery. TOS-1 . which is what we intend to do. the TOS-1 is the russian counterpart of the M270 in our mod.

I can say that we are going to include several of these (some changes though), for example, the Su-39 is actually another name for the Russian-Adopted Su-25TM, our standard Su-25 variant will be the latest and most modern Su-25SM.

There will also be a naval CAS version (Su-25UBP).

About the Ka-50 "family", hehehe, we are preparing something big about it at this moment .

The Mi-17 will be included (it'll be the general purpose Russian workhorse helicopter).
The Halo will also be included (as the Russian Heavy Heli).

Definitely, guerrilla warfare's responsibility will be one of the main duties of special forces troops.

Yup , there will be many special operations included in the mod (per faction, all based on real life obviously), note that units such as US Navy SEAL's or Marines will be included on the naval mode (as the "Naval Spec Ops counterpart").

Special Forces won't be just a single (unique) unit, spec ops will be sort of an "Infantry Class" - composed of highly trained elite soldiers which are more heavily armed and equipped for their duties (note that special ops will carry more "overt" weaponry, this means that they have their own 'special equipment' which sets them apart from the "Regular Infantry").

Yup , we're gonna include several kinds of rocket launchers per faction (the damage / range, depends on the kind of weapon, for example:)

US Army:
- Light Anti-Tank: LAW
- Medium Anti-Tank: AT4
- Heavy Anti-Tank: Javelin

Several infantry units can be "upgraded" to carry anti-tank weapons (specially for defensive/small attack roles).

About the SMAW, this one will most likely be used by the US Marines (USMC).

We will probably include other warhead configurations as well (for some particular weapons which are able to fire'em in real life, like SMAW's and some RPG's):
- thermobaric: effective against infantry which is holed up in buildings;
- tandem charge: (effective against cage / ERA);

One thing is for certain though, players will have many infantry classes which can be armed to defend themselves against tanks (while there are others which are purely for offensive roles, such as the Javelins).

Well, all of the current EU will be the same, on the storyline, Ukraine was about to join the Union as well.
Other countries which might (probably) be included are some ex-Yugoslav Republics (Croatia, Albania, etc.) and probably Turkey as well.

Armament and vehicles will vary. Also, the European Union will be the most diverse faction in terms of different vehicles, while the US haves two Humvee variants (one with a MG and another one with a grenade launcher, for example) the EU will have two different vehicles as counterparts (meaning much vehicle diversity).

I'd say that the Z-9 is the Chinese version of the French Dauphin (if you know what I mean ).

We will most probably include it (not certain at the moment).

I don't think so, but I've gotta say that the ASM-135 ASAT missile idea (the famous missile launched from the F-15) has crossed my mind (but many coding problems would ensue ).
