In a sense we may include it, not the exact "Spartan" (United States Air Force designation), but we may include it as an European Union aircraft (under control by the Italian Air Force, designation: "G.222").

Probably, the US Military does not like to make a lot of "racket" about including a vehicle (because the Congress is breathing down their necks all the time, know what I mean?)

The Osprey for example, that program goes waaay back (and it's only being completed dozens of years later ).

Nope, the M1128 Stryker MGS (Mobile Gun System) will have the "light tank" role for the US Army (105mm gun).

That's a very interesting statement , but we did not included the OICW due to technical reasons (the weapon is too "uber", know what I mean?) and, unlike the XM8, the OICW still needed several modifications (specially about the weight and size of the weapon body, it would be very difficult to handle in extreme Close Quarters Combat, unlike the current M4 which is handy, the XM8 is another different story though, the XM8 was fully prepared to go into production and was fully perfected).
The OICW's assault rifle module and the XM8 (both are 5.56) are basically byproducts of the G36.

The closest thing we may (probably) include is the XM25 Individual Airburst Weapon System (probably as an additional weapon for the US Future Soldiers).

Exactly, that new doctrine is being implemented as we speak, though it'll still take many years till it's fully operational (there are only some experimental teams as of this moment, kind of what they did with the Land Warrior in Iraq).

Those vehicles and assets will be included big time from 2015 onwards (until 2030), the time span is too ahead of TAOW's (2011 / 2012), yet we'll include several of those assets/vehicles.

The RAH-66 : May reenter in somewhat 2013
The XM8 : May reenter in somewhat 2009

The F-117 : If The go with the choise of Upgrading (modifying) The Hole Fighter, May reenter in somewhat 2014

Yeah, speaking of the YF-23, it's supposedly a competitor of the F/B-22 and B-1R for the medium bomber role.

Yeah (I would love to watch the SR-71 back online yet again ).
The older SR-71's could be easily reactivated (with new sensors) and the USAF still haves tons of spare parts (almost in brand new state).

They could definitely reactivate it (though the satellite people still strongly oppose to it).
